BTI-IPTEST – Leak tester for IP luminaires

Ensure the IP compliance of your fixtures after every job with this professional leak tester. Designed to check the tightness of IP65 to IP68-certified fixtures after opening for maintenance or repair, it detects leaks by creating a controlled pressure of up to ±45 kPa above or below atmospheric pressure.

Fast and efficient, the standard test takes about 1 minute. The device connects directly to the standard M12 air pressure valve fitted to most IP floodlights on the market, via the spiral hose supplied. Variable time windows enable the duration to be adapted as required (15 to 30 seconds recommended).

All measurements are automatically stored in the 8 GB internal memory and can be exported via USB-C for traceability and customer documentation. The LCD screen clearly displays results in real time (pressure, stabilization, leaks). On-board software can be upgraded via USB-C. Supplied in a sturdy carrying case for on-site use.
